A Word From Brother Dennis

| Jesus of Nazareth was a master communicator. He chose His words carefully so that they might have maximum impact. It is important, then, that when He talked to people about why He came into this world He summed it up by saying, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." [John 10:10]
Can you say that you have "life to the full?" Many people are searching for that "full" life. The world in which we live offers many substitutes. Perhaps you've tried some of them. Maybe you are trying one right now. Here at First Baptist we've discovered in our own experience that those substitutes have always ended in a dead end. We believe that what Jesus said is not only true, but works in real life.
